NOTE: The Spring 6 Week Man-Up Fitness Challenge starts March 16th, 2020. The Man-Up Challenge  will be held Tuesday and Thursday @ 6:00 AM,  12:15 PM and 6:45 PM. We will also hold one class on  Saturday at 8:00 AM.  Classes will start promptly and last 45 minutes.
