A. Our personal trainers teach people about effective exercise, sound nutrition, and help them implement these strategies into their lifestyle.

Q. What is personal training?

A. Working with a certified, and qualified personal fitness trainer to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Q. Why should I invest in your services when I can join my local gym for $30-70 a month?

A. Well, the first reason is we guarantee your satisfaction AND your results!  The second reason is we teach you everything you need to know about being successful, whereas, your gym or health club will pretty much let you do your own thing.  Plus, many people pay for a membership each month and never go, and that's not money well spent.  Think of our services (personal training) as an investment in your fitness, health, and your life!

Q. What if I have never exercised before, Should I use a personal trainer?

A. It doesn't matter if you are an advanced level athlete or someone totally new to exercise.  We have numerous programs for all different situations.  Plus, every one of our programs is individualized to meet the needs and goals of every client.

Q. Where are your personal training programs available?

A. Currently we have programs available in-home, and in our personal training studio in Cherry Hill, new Jersey
